AI chatbots and communicating AI agents
An AI interface is useful when it has a clear job and a safe route to the next step. We build assistants that use approved business information and agent workflows that coordinate defined tasks.
Discuss your projectWho it is for
The right starting point.
For businesses that need answers to recurring questions, lead qualification or coordination between connected tools and specialised agents.
What we can build
- Approved knowledge sources and a defined assistant role
- Conversation flow, contact capture and human handoff where agreed
- Communication between agents with explicit responsibilities and shared context
- Tool permissions, action confirmation and failure handling appropriate to the workflow
- Evaluation examples covering expected answers, unsupported requests and integration errors
What we agree before starting
AI can make mistakes. Sensitive or consequential actions need agreed controls and human oversight. Model usage, external subscriptions and ongoing knowledge updates are separate costs. We do not promise autonomous operation across every task or guaranteed search visibility.

How do AI agents communicate?
We define the information an agent can share, the task it can delegate and the response it expects. Each agent has a clear responsibility, with controlled tool access and a fallback when a task cannot be completed.
Can the chatbot book a meeting?
It can guide visitors to a booking flow or connect to a booking tool when the required integration and permissions are included. Availability and confirmation come from the booking provider.
Does this include AI searchability?
All packages include agreed technical search foundations. That concerns how the website can be read and understood; a chatbot or agent integration is a separate capability, and neither guarantees AI recommendations.
